These symmetrical stepped flange shaft sleeves are precision machined parts fabricated via CNC turning & internal broaching processes, commonly used as power transmission connecting sleeves, positioning hubs and motor shaft matching components in automation equipment, transmission mechanisms and precision assembly systems.
The product adopts an integrated stepped shaft + middle flange structure. The outer cylindrical surface, flange mounting holes and special-shaped inner hole are finished in one clamping operation. The inner special hole is processed by precision broaching to achieve high matching precision with the drive shaft, eliminating rotational clearance during operation and guarantee stable torque transmission. The flange surface is perpendicular to the axis strictly, which ensures vertical installation accuracy and uniform stress distribution after locking with fastening screws.
We select high-quality 303 / 304 stainless steel blanks for production. The material possesses excellent mechanical strength, wear resistance and rust-proof capability, adapting to long-time continuous operation in normal temperature, humid and weak corrosive working environments. The surface retains the original bright turning texture without secondary coating treatment; if needed, mirror polishing or passivation treatment can be provided to further boost surface smoothness and anti-oxidation performance.
