Blue Anodized CNC Machined Aluminum Pneumatic Valve Housings for Air Control Systems

Pneumatic valve housings are the core structural components of automated air circuit systems, undertaking gas distribution, pressure control and component installation and positioning tasks. The square aluminum valve blocks in the picture are processed via precision CNC milling, matched with bright blue anodized surface treatment, which are widely used in pneumatic control valves, automation production lines, air pressure power modules and fluid transmission equipment.
Integrated structural design integrates central flow cavity, vertical and horizontal threaded holes and assembly positioning grooves into a single workpiece. Five-axis machining realizes one-step forming of all internal cavities and threaded structures. Strict micron-level tolerance control guarantees the concentricity of the central hole and the position accuracy of each threaded hole, effectively preventing air leakage under long-term working air pressure and improving the stability of the whole pneumatic system.
We adopt 6061 aluminum alloy as raw material, featuring light weight, good structural strength and outstanding machinability. The bright blue hard anodizing film forms a dense protective layer on the metal surface, greatly improving the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and scratch resistance of the valve body. Meanwhile, uniform blue appearance brings unified visual identification for equipment assembly.
