This split-type aluminum heat dissipation housing and the corresponding machined metal parts are all formed through integrated CNC milling using 6063/6061 aluminum alloy materials. The surface of the housing is designed with dense parallel heat dissipation ribs, significantly enhancing the efficiency of equipment cooling; the inner cavity is machined in one piece with slots, eliminating the need for secondary bending, and perfectly adapting to the assembly of circuit boards, power amplifier modules, and other components.

The appearance process supports personalized customization. The housing shell can be anodized for coloring. The magenta anodized layer in the picture is corrosion-resistant and not prone to scratching. Various color schemes such as silver-gray, black, and champagne are also available. The internal cavity retains the original metal color, balancing both cooling and cost. The matching circular precision hardware parts are processed by CNC lathe, with smooth inner holes and conical surfaces without burrs, and the threads and positioning holes are formed in one step. They can be precisely assembled with the housing without additional adjustment.

We support non-standard customization based on drawings or samples, from small batch prototyping to large-scale mass production. The processing process covers three-dimensional modeling, CNC milling/cutting, deburring, anodizing, laser marking, and all procedures. Installation slots, waterproof steps, and wiring holes can be opened as needed, and it is suitable for the shells of vehicle power amplifiers, signal amplifiers, industrial controllers, fiber optic communication modules, etc.

Aluminum alloy is lightweight and has excellent thermal conductivity. It is stronger than plastic housings and has lower processing costs than stainless steel. For special customer requirements, surface treatments such as sandblasting, polishing, and hard anodizing can also be provided, balancing practical performance and product aesthetics.
