Lightweight aluminum alloy has become the core structural material for high-end automation, optical detection and new energy equipment, thanks to its outstanding heat dissipation, low density and superior machinability. The workpiece set in the picture consists of a large cylindrical inner cavity frame and two symmetrical fin heat sink side panels, typical complex multi-structure precision housings manufactured by 5-axis linkage CNC milling.

This integrated assembly features highly complex geometric features: irregular deep hollow inner cavities, uniformly distributed precision mounting threaded holes, large arc hollow windows, and dense parallel heat dissipation ribs on the side plates. Traditional 3-axis machining cannot complete all forming processes in one clamping, while our 5-axis machining center realizes one-time molding of all curved surfaces, deep cavities and heat dissipation structures. It effectively avoids repeated clamping errors and maintains micron-level control over flatness, hole position tolerance and concentricity of all matching surfaces, guaranteeing seamless assembly between the cylindrical main frame and heat sink side plates.

We select high-quality 6061 or high-strength 7075 solid aluminum blanks according to customer load and application requirements. The surface after precision milling presents a uniform delicate metal texture, which can be matched with various post-processing processes such as natural anodizing, hard anodizing and conductive oxidation. Anodizing treatment can significantly improve the aluminum parts’ corrosion resistance, surface hardness and heat conduction efficiency, making the housings stable and durable in long-term continuous operation equipment.

Our factory provides full-chain OEM customized services for aluminum structural parts. We support rapid prototyping from CAD/STEP drawings, small-batch trial production and mass stable delivery. Each batch of finished parts will pass CMM three-coordinate full inspection to verify dimensional accuracy, flatness and assembly clearance, strictly eliminating defective products.
