The disc surface is evenly distributed with installation holes, the center is reserved for positioning holes, and the shaft end is reserved for threaded installation holes. The entire part is formed without secondary assembly, effectively avoiding the coaxiality deviation caused by separate assembly. The raw materials can be selected from 304/316 stainless steel, 45# steel, aluminum alloy, etc. Surface treatments such as quenching, anodizing, and passivation can be done as needed. The factory conducts full inspection of size accuracy and appearance smoothness, and provides complete test reports.
