Custom Anodized CNC Aluminum Fittings: Precision Hardware for Pneumatic & Automation Systems
July 09, 2026

The vivid red and blue aluminum components in the picture represent our core custom CNC machining products, widely applied in pneumatic valves, automation equipment, testing instruments and mechanical fixtures. Every part integrates precise multi-axis milling and premium anodizing finish, meeting both strict industrial performance standards and aesthetic requirements.
All these cross valve bodies, hollow flanged bases, square cavity blocks and irregular mounting brackets are completed by one-step CNC turn-mill composite processing. Complex structures including cross flow channels, deep inner cavities, positioning counterbores and special curved outlines are cut accurately under micron-level tolerance control. Every edge and inner wall is fully deburred, eliminating assembly friction and ensuring stable long-term operation of equipment.
Color anodizing is the core highlight of these aluminum fittings. We offer customizable bright blue, glossy red and dozens of other color options. The dense, uniform oxide film greatly improves the aluminum alloy’s wear resistance and anti-corrosion capacity, suitable for humid, dusty industrial environments. Unlike uneven low-cost coatings, the metallic color remains consistent on curved surfaces and deep holes, upgrading the overall texture of finished machines.
We deliver a full OEM one-stop service. Customers only need to provide CAD drawings or physical samples, and we can complete rapid prototype testing and mass stable production. Small trial batches and large-volume orders are both acceptable. Before delivery, each workpiece undergoes strict dimensional inspection and surface quality testing to eliminate defective products.
From small connecting sleeves to complex multi-channel valve bodies, our factory focuses on custom precision aluminum machining. We balance reliable dimensional accuracy and diverse surface color options, providing stable customized hardware solutions for equipment manufacturers around the world.
